How long until my order ships?

Every piece is made to order. Production typically takes 3–5 business days, then your order ships with the carrier shown at checkout. You'll get a tracking email as soon as it leaves the workshop.

Where do you ship and how much does it cost?

We ship to the United States and Canada at flat rates calculated at checkout based on your destination. Customs duties or import taxes (if any) are the recipient's responsibility.

Can I track my order without an account?

Yes — head to the Track page and enter your order number along with the email used at checkout. You'll see the latest production and shipping status, and you can chat with us right from there if anything looks off.

What photos work best for a custom engraving?

Sharp, well-lit photos with a clear subject and a plain background give the best results. We'll crop and position your image to fit the crystal you choose — you can preview the placement in the product editor before checkout.

What's your return and refund policy?

Because every piece is personalized and made to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or there's a defect, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout. Your payment is processed by a PCI-compliant payment provider — we never see or store your card details.
